Brand new apartment located in the recently built Riberas de Loyola neighborhood, near the center of San Sebastian. Bright, modern and colorful, it can accommodate 6 people.
It has a large hall decorated with exquisite taste in detail. It has a glass wall wich connects the living room to one of the three bedrooms is equipped with double bed and a desk. There is another bedroom which also has a bed and another one with twin beds. All-rooms are exterior.
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bath and another with a shower.
The apartment also has a balcony to wich you acceed from several rooms. It has a table and two chairs, the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Riberas de Loyola neighborhood, is a newly created district about 2 kilometers from the center of San Sebastian. Following the river Urumea can the visitor can stroll to the center of San Sebastian.
To reach to the Boulevard it can take a 15 minute walk, but the neighborhood is well connected by bus so to get to the center of the city or the Old Town you can also take this way of transport perfectly.
Very close to the neighborhood there is a small shopping center where the visitor can find a supermarket, shops and restaurants. |
